Project Background

After reviewing an existing performance management system of a large organisation, Simply HR developed a streamlined performance management process designed to easily measure and reward job performance in a fraction of the time. Employees had become disengaged with the current system of measuring performance and the organisation needed a new way of recognising ahcievement.

Key measures of success were reduced time and cost to manage performance as well as enhanced staff engagement and productivity. Argubaly the most important aspect of employee engagement and retention, performance management systems need not be complicated.

Strategic Priotiries

The organisation was able to agree upon strategic priorities for the design and deployment of training activity, as well as future investment in training according to organisational objectives. This meant that the organisation was better able to understand its own strengths and weaknesses as well as the identifying the best training investment in light of the strategic direction of the business.
